We have a delightful little room called ‘The Hive’ this can seat up to 6 people boardroom style, is perfect for smaller meetings, one-on-one interviews, brainstorming sessions or as private office space to work online . 

It features a large table and 55″ screen with HDMI connection, whiteboard and wifi.

Half day AM/PM – NZD$175.00

Apartments

We can accommodate small meetings in an apartment with views of the lake side, this room can seat up to 10 people boardroom style. We can provide catering and also arrange a data projector and screen or you can simply connect to the TV in the room. We only have 3 apartments at the hotel so please check availability first. 

Elements Lounge

If you are simply wanting some space outside your room, you are welcome to find a nook in the lounge and a friendly member of the team will be at hand if you require any food or drink. The bar officially opens at 2pm, but you will find staff up in the restaurant.
