Elements Breakfast

Start your day with our renowned buffet breakfast, featuring an array of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and hot dishes, plus a live cooking station where our chef will prepare your eggs just the way you like them.

Breakfast is served daily from 6:00am to 10:30am in Elements Restaurant.

Elements Restaurant

Located on the mezzanine level, Elements Restaurant offers a contemporary evening dining experience that celebrates the flavours of the season. Enjoy a carefully curated à la carte menu, complemented by local wines and friendly, attentive service in a relaxed atmosphere.

Dinner is served daily from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.

Elements Lounge & Rose Gardens

The Elements Lounge is the perfect place to relax with coffee, a light lunch, or a sunset cocktail. Overlooking the lake and surrounded by the rose garden, it offers a bright, open setting by day and a warm, inviting ambiance as the sun sets.

Our all-day menu is served from 11:00am until late, ideal for casual dining or drinks with friends.
